When social media came to be, we never imagined how huge of an effect it would have on Generation Z. There was this constant need to look perfect, and when that is constantly drilled into your head it slowly begins to eat away at your mental health. This Generation will do anything to become the perfect person they have been influenced to create. Reflection gives the viewer a peek into the struggles the photographer has had with social media and the effect it caused her to have on body image.
